  • TWYN Wellness verifies every batch of every product through accredited, independent third-party laboratories. Because each compound requires specialized analytical methods, we work closely with qualified laboratories and PhD-level experts in analytical and organic chemistry to develop appropriate testing protocols.
  • All batches undergo comprehensive UPLC/MS testing. This level of quality control provides researchers with materials they can trust for accurate and repeatable data.
  • Testing is conducted by Freedom Diagnosticsin Franklin, Tennessee.
  • Natural variations in color, texture, odor, or biochemical properties may occur and do not indicate reduced quality or purity.
  • Peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form to enhance stability and extend shelf life during storage and transit.
  • Product images may show black vial tops for consistency; actual vial top colors may vary based on mg product.
  • Lyophilized peptides typically form a solid cake; however, movement during transit may cause the cake to crack or appear uneven. This is purely an aesthetic variation and does not affect quality, potency, or purity.
  • Certain peptides and proteins may appear larger due to buffering requirements. This is normal and does not indicate a variance in content.
  • General storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
  • Best practice: Refrigeration or freezing is recommended to maintain long-term stability.
  • Always refrigerate products after reconstitution
  • All molecules degrade over time, but proper storage greatly slows this process.
  • Low temperatures are generally safe and may cause temporary precipitation without increasing degradation. Prolonged high temperatures can accelerate degradation.
  • Brief temperature excursions—such as short-term heat exposure or less than 24 hours at room temperature for frozen products—do not typically cause measurable degradation when the product is returned to proper storage, unless combined with exposure to oxygen, moisture, or sunlight.

  • We offer a variety of shipping speeds through UPS, USPS, and FedEx — from ground to overnight delivery. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CSTship the same day.
    *All timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, order volume, or courier delays beyond our control.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow shipment progress here.
  • We currently ship to the United States and all US territories.
  • Due to our rapid shipping process, there is a very limited window to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or cancellations, they cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect address entries are considered user error and are not the responsibility of TWYN Wellness.
  • Delivery Delays
    Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of late delivery, as delays are the responsibility of the courier.
  • Package Marked as Delivered
    If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighboring suites, building management, or reception areas. We also recommend contacting the courier’s local office to request GPS delivery confirmation and recipient details.
  • If the courier confirms correct delivery, please allow up to one week for the package to surface before contacting us at Support@twyn-wellness.com.

  • All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment. Report any issues within 7 daysof delivery.
  • Missing Items:Contact Us immediately for verification and resolution.
    Damaged Item on Arrival: Contact us (use contact us hyper- link) within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the package and damaged item (required).
    Wrong Items: Contact Us (use contact us hyper- link) immediately for verification and resolution.
  • Lost Packages (Stuck in Transit):TWYN Wellness is not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Contact the carrier directly to locate your package. 
  • Incorrect Address:TWYN Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet shipped, Contact US (use hyperlink) immediately to correct.

Accounts and Orders

  • Payment Pending 
    We are awaiting for your payment and have not yet received.
    On Hold We are awaiting or verifying your payment. If your order remains in this status, please submit a photo of your payment confirmation. Please send your order # and details to orders@twyn-wellness.com
  • Processing
    Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is being prepared for shipment. Orders are typically dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours, though processing times may vary.
  • Completed
    Your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number shortly.
  • Cancelled
    We could not verify your payment, resulting in order cancellation. If you have made a payment and see this status, please send a photo of your payment confirmation to orders@twyn-wellness.com. Please allow 24 hours for review, response from our team and a resolution for the issue.
  • Order history is only available for registered users. Guest orders become visible once you create an account using the same email used at checkout.

  • TWYN Wellness enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for misuse or abuse of research materials. Any such activity will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent denial of services. Our support is limited to inquiries about shipping, payments, and related matters. We do not assist with research-related tasks, as we are solely a supplier of research chemical materials.
  • TWYN Wellness supplies products exclusively for laboratory research purposes. To ensure regulatory compliance, we actively screen all orders. Individuals or entities suspected of intending to misuse our products will be permanently placed on a no-sell blacklist with no exceptions. We implement robust measures to prevent fraudulent orders.

Payments

  • We currently accept credit and debit cards at checkout. If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us and we will provide a secure checkout link.
  • We offer a 10% discountwhen paying via ACH bank transfer. Same-day transfers typically process within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Transfers initiated late on Friday may process the same day but usually do not clear until the following Monday when banks reopen.
  • Orders will not ship until funds are received in our account, at which point order processing will begin.
  • If you experience any issues with ACH payments, we can provide a secure bank payment link upon request.
